Lets ass u me for a moment that Grant has 2.5 million available to him and that Earnie is sold for 4.5 million giving a kitty of ?7m.

Realistically Grant will get ?5m at most....What to do with it?

IMHO the priorities are

GOALKEEPER
CENTREBACK
TWO CENTRAL MIDFIELDERS
TALL STRIKER
ANOTHER STRIKER

With ?5m Grant should be able to improve our side, which has got to be the first stage of the re-building.

January is only the first stage, the summer being the second. By August next year our team will need to look something like below for us to compete.
