i simply said that a a seaon in the prem,two parachute payments should see us with some money to invest into the squad and if it does'nt the board have made mistakes. as i said below. we had no financial reasons to sell green or mckenzie so why can't some of that money be freed for the transfer coffers? i personly think the board could possibly free up around 1.5m why else would grant be looking towards players such as riordon and pearson. maybe he knows something regarding earnshaw that we dont but if thats the case he would'nt have joined us knowing he'd lose is best player a couple of months later would he?
