I was compiling a list

Fur hat/fake fur hat: she doesn't do hats (apart from a wooly hat at the football, but only then if she doesn't think she's likely to see anyone she knows

Underwear: we have this agreement that we don't f**k around with things we don't know anything about. I.e. she doesn't program the dvd recorder, and I don't buy her underwear.

Silk scarf: nice one. Perfect idea.

Scented candles: too tough to call. I've done that before and "they bloody give me a headache them candles"

Inflatable cactus: she is not a seven year old boy.

Vacuum cleaner: I said small and inexpensive
