Agree...

His tenure shouldn't be reviewed until the end of next season at least (unless we are bottom this time next year or something-and Grant is such a hot head, if he gets pissed off, he'll walk, not as stubborn as Worthy) but as I said earlier, January and the Summer is a crucial time for him.

Hopefully this 4-5-1 crap is just making ends meet, I wouldn't like to think we'll be doing that until the end of the season.
