even when performances are worryingly poor and lifeless. I think that's a hell of a lot to ask. Has he ever been a football fan?
Has he ever tried to 'rally a team' that clearly isn't playing well?

I have and its not easy to do, so get the performances right before you stick the boot in on the 3/4 of the ground that's silent every game, Grant.

Having said that, I've got a lot of time for the guy and think he's going to be a good asset despite the tactical cock ups last week
