"I've got to choose my words carefully" meaning he probably wanted to say something a lot worse about us. Fans that turn up each week in there thousands to support the club and having it thrown back in there face like this. Nothing more than a formal apology from the club will do. Even during the bad times under Worthington he never came out and said we were a "disgrace". Grant has let himself down massively tonight.
