You'd think Grant would know all about how to manage fans

at West Ham they got in an ex national newspaper editor to advise Pardew on after-match comments because he had problems with the fans.

Also, if the fans let the team down badly today, what did the players do last week?

He needs to realise that we pay money to watch, while they get paid to play and manage. It's not too difficult a concept to grasp is it?
