selling Earnie if it looked like we weren't going up this year was part of the budgeting?

This year's budget is presumably based on this year's income - if next years income will be lower then presumably the budget incorporates cost-cutting between this year and next?

Just because we have budgeted for NEXT season's resources to be lower doesn't mean the budget has to reflect those lower levels in THIS year's spending.
