I'd like to have seen it tried

I still worry that in every game I've seen where Hucks has been given a free role he has ended up almost exclusively on the left wing.

It would be great if such a formation could work (I like the idea of something different) but I still think that with the quality of player you get in this division you are better off sticking to something simple with clearly defined roles, like a 4-4-2 with 2 proper strikers. Anything more complex is just likely to confuse them.
