The board offered a new contract to hucks, which was less than 50 % of what he is currently on.
Neither he his wife or his kids want to leave Norwich but he feels the board are taking the piss and that he has no alternative but to leave.
When he turned down the contract offer the board decided they would cash in on him and he is set to join Celtic in January.

Mark my words the board will us the usual PR spin when he leaves saying that he turned down a new contract offer and that they had no alternative but to sell him but they will not tell you that they only offered him less than 50% of his current salary.

The Chadwick deal is already done. He has been signed as Huckerby's replacement and despite the fact he will now probably be injured for 3 or 4 months with a dislocated shoulder we cannot cancel the deal.

Grant has also decided that Safri is a troublemaker and he does not want him at the club. He is desperate to off load him in January.

All in all its very depressing and it is only going to get worse I'm afraid. Delia and Co are ruining this club.
