About the Chef

Rick has worked in many restaurants in the Lakenham area. He has completed formal training with the Pat’s cafe Institute and holds three diplomas in English breakfasts.

Noted for his delicious specialty dish bacon & egg, Rick also provides a full Lorry drivers menu as well as a delicious Atkins diet menu featuring a varied sampling of western cuisine.
