Give Grant a chance?

Doesn't sound like you are, Kebbsy. His fledgling managerial league record is P3, W2 L1. Not much to go on, and certainly not nearly long enough to judge whether he will be a good or bad manager.
Yesterday was bad, but surely a bit early to say the club have made a huge mistake and should have appointed Iwan. Since when has being a legend been a guarantee of success? Bobby Charlton, Martin Peters and Geoff Hurst were all World Cup legends, but all crap managers.
Same with charisma. Rafa Benitez and Bob Paisley were hardly blessed with charisma, but have done/did a reasonable job.
