What I would do

I would get rid of the following

Doherty
Thorne
Louis-Jean
Hughes
Henderson

I would give the following a shot up the arse (not literally)
Etuhu
Colin
Ryan Jarvis
Robinson
McVeigh

I think it is vital he gives some of the youngsters a chance. When fit, I think Cave-Brown could be our best right-back whilst Spillane needs a chance in either centre back or centre mid. We desperately need cover at left-back, two new centre backs (or Spillane/Rossi Jarvis), a creative centre mid and decent cover for Croft/Earnie/Hucks.

This is all a tall order, so Grant needs time to do it. Maybe he can recruit some quality from Scotland, or some young English players, like West Ham preached.

Give him time, in my opinion Grant could be the man to turn this club around.
