I just feel that the club in the shape it's in...

...we haven't got the time or opportunity to give a someone with relatively little experience in the top end of the Championship / bottom-mid Prem a go.

But I agree with you regarding having someone like that as assistant. Whether Tilson / Bowen would be happy to take a role like that I seriously doubt.
