They can't have interviewed for the job, but they could certainly have had a mental shortlist.

I'm hoping that it will be Curbs, but I've not heard him mentioned by anyone in the know.

Having said that, the club are masters of the smokescreen, and it's possible that this whole thing about having a name in mind is to put people off the scent.
