The Doc doesn't exactly fill you with confidence does he, I must admit Shackell looks like

he possesses everything needed to be an outstanding Centre back but seems to either be really down & struggling for confidence or playing as if he things he's Beckenbaur (is that right). Doc is not a leader & probably has to concentrate on his own game too much to worry about helping his CB partner.
