I don't see why

the manager should worry about being questioned about his dealings - both individually and as a whole. For example - we have been told on several occasions that the club believes in "stability and continuity" - yet Worthington has brought in 55 players in less than 6 years. You may think that is good, or you may not, but what it does do is fly in the face of a policy of "stability and continuity".
