Every club has change under a new manager...
Each manager has his own ideas, wants to bring in his own players and his own support staff.
Whos to say that these players leaving will not be replaced by free-transfers and bargains from the lower leagues?
Maybe a new manager will bring a fresh approach to the team and rejuvinate the squad into a push for promotion.
There is only a ?7m shortfall to be made up if we don't make it back to the Premiership. Bringing a new manager in now means that this, while remote, is still a possibility.
