Not really sure what point you're trying to make here

If Worthington stays we have ?7 million shortfall. If he goes, we have ?7 million shortfall. If we sack him, our next manager might be good or bad and will buy some players who might be good or might be bad. He may also turn to our youth players who could turn out to be quite good. Or possibly quite bad.

I 'wish for' Worthington to be sacked. How does the above contribute to this discussion?
