If you look at the accounts, the majority of the loans are long term loans against assets rather like mortgages. There is this constant fear that if Delia goes the club will fold, a lie which has been perpetuated to bolster her popularity. The finances are in reasonable condition right now and therefore people should be putting pressure on the baord.
