Palace have an extremely wealthy chairman, and WBA have had two seasons in the prem (hence double the money).
People who used to go and don't anymore are always full of excuses.
People forget that signing Hucks at the time was a huge financial gamble for the club, but they took it anyway and it paid off. If that's not ambition, I don't know what is.
