The facts

Despite last season, Norwich are once again one of the best, if not the best supported side in this league. The likes of Palace, Leeds, Brum and WBA have seen supporters desert them in droves since relegation.

Despite this, all of the above have invested in their squads to try and get back to the Prem. Not all (if any of them) will succeed but at least they are trying and for that you have to commend them.

Contrast that then with the situation at Carrow Road. One signing, albeit a good one and that is your lot. The fans deserve better but as I have said in the past, maybe this is the club we deserve. Just like the fans that no longer turn up at St Andrews, Elland Road etc we have the right to walk away and spend our money elsewhere.

The fact that we don't must be a great source of comfort to the Board. Ever felt that you are having the piss taken out of you?

I know lots of people who used to be regulars at Carrow Road dating back to the 70's. A number of factors are given for the reasons they no longer turn up but the most common is that the club seemed to lack the ambition to realise their potential. Always plenty of excuses but very few answers.
