Why the hell are NCISA on the radio

basically saying they are happy if we don't sign anyone because they take the view of quality over quantity. You can bet your bottom dollar that quote will be seised upon by the spinmasters to justify our lack of transfer activity when injuries put pay to our chances this season!

They did some good work last season in calling public meetings etc but i'm not sure this quote fully reflects the views of their members right now.
