actually I think he is doing a good job this year

he seems to have left the coaching and tactics to Hunter and has signed Croft. can't complain about any of that.

He has also instilled some belief with good half time turnarounds against Luton.

get the away form right and we will have a great chance of going up.

But if we don't make top 6 he has to go.
