But I'm sure you are aware Thorne was signed as a target man to replace Svensson who was the target man before him. The fact Thorne has never been up to the job and that he needs replacing clearly doesn't wash with you - as you think we don't need a target man. I think over a 46 game season having an effective target man will be pretty important as trying to play football through the midfield during January can become almost impossible on some grounds.
