I also think we need to look at the youth players that are on the fringes of the team, if they are really as good as people think maybe we should looking in the future to build a team around them. With Hucks, Docherty, Drury and Safri as the experienced members of the team, I think we could move on from there (hopefully with a more tactically astute manager in charge)

As pearce said about croft it was time to move on as there were other youth players pushing to get in the squad and to look at. The same could be said for Jarvis, Henderson etc all who are not in the 1st team and not developing by getting a decent amnount of games
