I actually thought this club boasted about doing things like this (ie Gunny working here, Goss, Eadie etc)

Sutton would still easily have the quality, as Brandon said, we'd probably enjoy him at centre back for a couple of seasons too, and it would be a great homecoming for a player that did the business here, got us good money at the time, and could do the business again

Sutton not coming here would truely nail the fact that loyalty is dead in football
