As a rule of thumb...

I don't scuttle away before enduring the full 90. However, the 80 mins at Hull was only so I could get back to Nottingham for an important function that evening!

When I was a lad, my Dad always used to drag me out of CR on about 78 minutes, because he wanted to miss the crowds/traffic. But then we'd stop in a lay-by between Wymondham and Attleborough (heading back to BSE) for a flask of tea and some biscuits. Pointless when you think back now. We missed a whole game of football over a season by leaving 10 mins early... and still got home at the same time as we would have done, had we stayed to the end.

The number of times we left the ground and heard a cheer, and would run up to Carrow bridge so we could see what was going on between the River End and Main Stand.
