Right side midfield

I read reports after the Cambridge game and from observers watching training that Henderson had " bulked up"; ran at and showed a few tricks in getting past the Cambridge fullback to get in crosses and scored a cracking goal.
Is this the same Henderson who last year was scrawny, lacked pace; had no tricks; never attacked or got past his fullback and rarely delivered a cross?
I also heard that over the close season Henderson, with a view to turning him into a genuine right sided midfielder had been given a strict training regime not only to improve his physical presence but also to develop the skills that he apparantly showed on Saturday.
Could he be our answer to the right sided midfield problem? What did WOTB members who attended the game at Cambridge think of Henderson`s performance and did he indeed appear to have " bulked up"?
