I went to the Oriel--

when it was the "Technical High School". We used to watch the smoke coming out of the crematorium next door and try to guess the nationality of the corpse by the colour of the smoke!!
By the way, apart from one or two areas, (every town has them) Gorleston is a very nice place indeed. Better by far than chav central next door. Thank God for the river keeping us apart.
