even you or I in our ignorance would know enough to ask the manager "why do you persist with the failed policy of playing centre forwards on the wing". And anyone with a memory could point out that the current excuse (no-one has been available) won't wash. Harper and Cooper both of whom played well for us were available and Worthington wasn't interested. And he wasn't interested in one of his current targets (ChadwicK) was available and at a fee that was comfortably within our budget.
