they have their own FFP rules to enforce, and letting Man City in means both ignoring various checks & balances within those rules, and also saying 'its ok to spend as much as you like as long as you're happy to drop down a few leagues if you're caught'. Over a decade of glory for the price of 3-4 promotions? Is it enough of a deterrent?

They should have to start riiiight at the bottom really. Where did AFC Wimbledon come in at, 9th tier? Let Man City re-start there.
