Car rentals at Norwich airport. Anyone have any experience?

What is the selection like?

I looked online and it looks like Europcar, Budget and Avis.

Do they have many bigger vehicles such as SUVs or mini vans that can take 4 people and lots of bags?

Even at the major airports I have been promised one thing and given another after booking.
