is this massive ad issue just for those that use the mobile version of this site?

i've never seen the benefit of using that beyond it gives a reply count, as its an absolute pig to pick through the threads, having to go backwards & forwards to find new posts rather than jump straight to them with it all displayed in the top panel on the proper split-screen board. on my phone its still easier to use the proper split-screen version and the only draw back is it doesnt change greens to reds or sync what ive read on my phone with what ive read on my laptop when logged-in on both. i see why so many people misplace posts too when i assume they are using the mobile site. and how they fail to see that someone has already brought a topic up only a few posts below. ditch the mobile site i say, and just zoom in on the split screen if its too small for your old man eyes. i use privacy wall browser on my android phone for the record - and edge on the laptop. i just get the classic banner ad at the top of the page on the laptop:

"Cardiologists: How To Quickly Lose a Hanging Belly (Its Genius!) Wellness Tip | Open"
