No condescension inferred mate. Yeh, I was thinking the same thing about decisions being made for me: but I still intend to stay put for a couple of months anyway. My tiny baby will need financial support while she settles in her new job, and I can do that better from where I am.

Kinds of puts the bollocks on my intention to demand a rise, though..... :o)
