PC: Excited...it is the start if a new marathon season. We can see this Championship will be tougher than the last time. A lot of teams spending a lot of money. I feel a lot of
excitement.

PC on play-offs: I think we feel we have more chance to be in play-offs. On the other side, if I look from a sporting person, if you finish 8th and in a few games you can be in PL. For me I like normal league but I understand the excitement.

PC says there will be another internal game this weekend fr players who need to up their fitness and some players who don't feature much against WBA.

PC: Kellen Fisher in full training.

*Jovon Makama expected to be in group training next week. Little by little players are coming back*

PC: Liam Gibbs - missed last week because of a small muscle problem. Won't feature tomorrow but should be back next week.

PC: I expect Liam to be here, important part of group. With so many games we need everybody in the squad.

PC: I was happy last week but WBA a different game. We need rotation to cope with 60-game season... Gibbs will have an important role this season.

PC: Last season there were not difficult decisions as to who would be in the squad - that is not the case now. There will be several who won't be in squad.

PC on Jurasek: You guys know more than I wanted. He is having a medical, I don't think it will be a problem - he is fitter than he ever was. They contacted us to make a good deal...we will see in the next 24-48 hours

PC: Brooks has shown on right wing what we expected. We need to find a good mix of players - Sparta Prague are looking for players of Jurasek's profile.

PC: Says new financial rules are a big challenge - owners want to invest but can't do as they want. Teams like Brum and Wrexham can invest big.

PC on dealing with expectation: This group shouldn't read too much social media or media. Just listen to PC. Do it game by game and focus on performance. If only focus on final result you won't get result long term. Continue what they have been doing for last 6, 7 months.

PC: The challenge last season was much bigger - we are all on a level playing field. Players are much fitter. We have a stronger squad. Expectations are high, so let's compete now.

PC: Faced WBA twice i my time last season.James Morrison saved them last season. With good and positive football. This will be different kind of game. They have a clear ID.

PC: The most important thing is what we do.You can prepare perfectly on what opposition is doing but they can decide to do something different on the day. That's why we work to play different ways.

PC: Says he hopes there is one fan less tomorrow - the seagull!.

PC: We want to be a team that people know will play effective football and fights for the badge.
