Catching up with the fans forum from last night
Some very interesting discussions about injury prevention and mention of various initiatives such as biomarkers which was made to sound quite innovative.
It reminded me of this video of Russell Martin at training. It does seem like he is doing a lot of what was mentioned in the video. I'm guessing today's testing makes use of various technologies. Were we well ahead in this area back when the video of Russell was taken?
