who was telling me that over there, TT's reputation is that he gets really close to his players, and puts huge emphasis on their welfare and the bond he builds with them. To the point where it can cause problems upwards. For example at Dortmund, where he didn't want to make the team play the CL QF after their bus had been attacked.
