I think they've made two strategic errors in their campaign.

1. They've been s**t, and if you think about, they should have decided to not be s**t.
2. They were drawn in Group C so pretty much everyone else gets to see how they got on and knows exactly what they need to do to finish ahead of them. They really should have decided to be drawn in a later group.

Schoolboy stuff really. If only they'd come to me before embarking on this adventure. Could have avoided a lot of these problems.

(and they say consultants dont do anything useful.)
