their midfield was just excellent last night.
Gotta say, I also think Portugal's midfield is excellent. And they (Italy and Portugal) are both good at the back. I think we (the English) currently under-rate Portugal because we've been so busy castigating our own team.
Cue a catastrophic Portuguese performance tonight.....
