Oh yeah - dont get me wrong

This poster has made pretty much the most unpleasant collection of posts I've ever seen on the wrath over quite a period of time. Truly vile. And in the past they have successfully started some truly appalling threads, that various other posters have been unable to avoid jumping into full throttle (some, to their shame, offering plenty of support, some trying to "educate"). I remember Disco basically causing the wrath to implode in the past using their very obvious tactics. Its the combination of vile opinions, sneering and direct personal attacks on board regulars that all feels really quite calculated. This is someone quite intentionally trying to provoke, who knows various posters well enough to try to push all the right (wrong) buttons.

But whoever is running this sock puppet comes and goes, picks it up and puts it down, so I dont believe it is actually a person posting opinions as they arrive in their head. This is someone performing a role to try to enrage people and stir up genuine bad feeling. Why they would want to do that is beyond me, but its hard to deny that this is the game. And OG is absolutely right, you need to engage with this as deliberately designed rage bait, not as a genuinely held set of opinions or an honest invitation to debate.

I can think of some posters on here who might think this is "funny", but lets not get into it. It isn't funny, btw, but I have a fairly short list of people who I think this is.
