It had Pavarotti, great nets and stadiums, Ireland Romania, wild Italian celebrations in the streets, wonderful kits, the Orbis World Cup Italia 90 Binder, proper pundits and commentators, hair cuts, spitting and most importantly, I was 9.

Who cares if the games had lots of goals? Nothing after has come close.
