I went veggie eight years ago when my wife decided to
and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Lost weight, feel healthier (I know that’s highly subjective). Enjoy our food much more and instead of the meat being centre stage of a meal, flavours and textures takeover. I didn’t take the decision on moral grounds but I am glad that I’m not part of the pretty horrendous way we intensively farm meat.
