Awareness is a big thing, but it takes time

I'm sure a lot of people that chanted the Jimmy Saville stuff at the weekend just did it for a laugh, without really thinking about it.

The Leeds complaint has made some of them aware that it's not just a laugh.

For other chants, it depends on where they sit on the sliding scale of inappropriate to illegal. But awareness is always the starting point.

It'll never be eliminated, because as SCC rightly says, c**ts will be c**ts (I'm paraphrasing, but he probably said something like that).
