everyone is averse to change, we are all hardwired to be.
it's human nature, it increases our rate of survivability. we learnt this very early doors when ugg put his head into a sabre toothed tigers trap to see what would happen.
there's numerous psychological layers to it that all feed into each other but it's very deeply rooted in everyone.
some more than others granted, but everyone has some degree of change aversion.
