so i looked at the reasons why the judiciary took the decision to dismiss cases brought before crown courts.

not saying that the andrew misconduct in public office case will be brought before norwich crown court but would that it were then the regional statistics of decisions of dismissing of crown court cases are worth bearing in mind:
