called "first" because it was meant to be the very first medical intervention applied on the battlefield, often by the wounded soldier themselves.
but yeah, seems like a positive piece of knapperage. i bet the transatlantic calls in to mark attanasio are a tad more stress free for ben k these days now big phil is at the helm.
