Would expect a bit of squad turnover this summer too

Will kvistgaarden stay given lack of game time and seemingly not really fitting in with Clement’s preferred formation? He’s a good player, can’t see him wanting to stay if he’s not going to get a game.

Crnac another interesting one. Expect he’ll be given a chance, but again I’m not sure he really fits in that well. Can’t see him playing in the wide slots given his attributes, and can he play number 9? Manning didnt think so (which probably means he’ll be drogba under clement).

Few out of contract, few other decisions to be made; surely McLean will get another year.

Although slimane has been great at number 10, would expect we’d want to improve that area too. TBC whether Maghoma, slimane and Schwartau are good enough to be the creative basis of a promotion campaign.

Perhaps some time out on loan for a few younger fringe players such as gibbs and maybe Springett, or even schwartau depending on squad role post transfer business.

It’s exciting and our transfer strategy seems a lot more on the front foot than in other windows.
