You might be right. My reading between the lines was that there were perhaps

multiples possible but that there’s one that he really wants but won’t be a certainty.

The assumption was Høgh but I’d say that’s unlikely after the Man City game, and definitely not happening if they win tomorrow. It might be another similar prospect who isn’t on the media radar yet.
