def not that as the fault is intermittent

it "sticks" down and refuses to budge, it started off every now and then but is getting progressively worserer. also i didn't know that chromebooks are google based and i'm trying to degooglefy my life. it's an impossible challenge on chromebook as it wont let me run some features like newpipe or tutamail.
